A new initiative by the National Health Security Office (NHSO) and the Ministry of Public Health is encouraging Thai residents to register for a flu vaccine, which will be obtainable free of charge till the end of August. The programme goals to curb the unfold of influenza and other respiratory ailments.
NHSO secretary-general Jadet Thamatthat-aree announced that free flu shots will be supplied to all Thai citizens, no matter their medical insurance scheme.
