Exclusive has been ranked as the second worst nation globally for transgender rights, according to a latest Global Trans Rights Index report. Pasir Mas MP Ahmad Fadhli Shaari, however, believes that upholding the values set within the Federal Constitution justifies the country’s poor ranking.
