Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales manager for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen customer dealing with initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to increase throughout the C&I area.
Smith involves Sundyne with more than 30 years of expertise in selling highly engineered equipment and service solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and end users in the renewable power, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, the place he developed methods to strengthen & develop distributor gross sales, while also overseeing coaching and applications help. He previously served as a regional sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith began his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also worked with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
