Atlas Copco has agreed to purchase Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in 1952, Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps and full metering systems. The firm employs round 1200 folks and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.
“Lewa has an extended tradition of supporting clients and creating main industrial flow technology for efficient, precise and protected handling of fluids,” said Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area. “Through เพรสเชอร์เกจnuovafima building our presence and know-how offering within constructive displacement pumps.”

The acquisition is predicted to be completed during the second quarter 2022.
The main a half of the acquired companies will have its base within the Power and Flow division within Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area and a smaller half will join the Service division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
