US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
